AnyCounter is a colorful, gesture-first counter for anything: habits, reps, cups of water, wins, mistakes, ideas — you name it. Switch counters with a swipe, rename them, and make each one your color.
Features
Tap or swipe up to increment. Swipe down to decrement. Swipe left/right to switch counters.
Each counter is independent, with its own title, color, and value.
Never go negative. Simple and predictable.
Tap the title to rename your counter and choose a background color.
Manage your counter list: swipe to delete and reorder when needed.
No login, no sign-up. Your data stays on your device.
Privacy
Any Counter (“the app”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights as a user.
Information We Collect
Any Counter does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data such as name, email, or contact details.
We use a mobile measurement service (Kochava) to understand app installs and basic usage events. This may collect device and app-related identifiers such as:
- Device identifiers (IDFV and, if you allow tracking, IDFA)
- App install and usage events (e.g., first open, diagnostic events)
- Device and app metadata (device model, OS version, app version, language, timezone)
- Network information (e.g., IP address, network type)
Tracking Permission (ATT)
On iOS 14+, we may show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow tracking, the IDFA may be used for attribution and analytics. If you deny tracking, the IDFA is not accessed and only limited attribution is possible.
Data Storage
- All counters, values, titles, and colors are stored locally on your device
- No accounts, sign-ups, or logins are required
- No cloud sync is used for your counters
If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
Contacting Us
If you choose to contact us using the “Contact us” feature, your email is sent using your device’s configured mail app.
The email may include limited technical information such as:
- App version
- Device model
- iOS version
- System language and timezone
This information is included only to help diagnose issues and is never used for tracking or marketing.
Third-Party Services
The app uses Kochava for app measurement and attribution. Kochava may process device and app data for analytics and attribution purposes.
Children’s Privacy
Any Counter does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
Your Rights
You can control tracking permissions in iOS Settings. You may also delete the app to remove all locally stored data.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated in the future. Any changes will be reflected in the app and/or on the official website.
